- Began Mt. Somers Walkway
- Misty and cold (love it!), some rain, no view of Mt. Somers
- Good hike to Mt. Somers hut on Woolshed Creek (4 hrs)
- Hut divided into musterers' side and trampers' side - stayed in musterers' side - nice fireplace
- Snow throughout evening + night
